Ingredients

  • 2 pork chops
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c panko crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp thyme
  • ¼ tsp parsley
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

  • On a plate, whisk the egg.
  • In a separate plate or flat bottomed dish, mix all the remaining ingredients together except the pork chops.
  • Coat each pork chop in the egg. After it has been coated thoroughly, place it in the crumb mixture and press crumbs into the chops.
  • Place olive oil into a pan and cook the pork chops over medium heat until the internal temperature reaches 145℉.

Notes

Sides: this goes perfect with any veggies you like and any type of potatoes, I added cheesy broccoli and funeral potatoes to mine
Seasoning: the seasoning for this is perfect for me but if you would like a kick to your porkchop, add some cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, or chili powder for less of a kick.
