After multiple attempts and failures, I was able to get a chocolate cake recipe I was excited to share with others!
Mini Chocolate Fudge Cakes
Equipment
- 4" Bundt cake pan
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- ¼ c + 1 Tbsp milk
- ¼ c sour cream
- ¼ c oil or melted butter
- ¼ c milk chocolate chips chopped
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ¼ c cocoa powder
- ½ c sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease four mini Bundt pans. I use 4 – 4 ½ inch pans.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, sour cream, and oil or melted butter.
- In a separate medium bowl combine the chopped chocolate chips, baking soda, salt, cocoa powder, and sugar.
- Stir the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients until combined.
- Divide evenly into each of the greased pans.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Loosen the edges with a soft spatula or butter knife and flip upside down onto a plate.
- Serve with my homemade hot fudge sauce and berries or whipped cream.
