I made these three times in a row they were so good! I made them one last time this past Sunday to make sure everything tasted as amazing as I wanted it to. Then on Monday night for my food photographer and her husband. Then after I had served them to her and her husband with ice cream and caramel sauce on top, my husband looked at me and asked if I had made extras so we could eat some with toppings as well. Being the lover of baking and my husband that I am, I headed back to the kitchen and whipped up a third batch! All of them just as good as the last.
I love these ramekin apple crisps because they require few ingredients, the prep time is fast and the clean up is easy! I also love the crisp top as opposed to pie crust since you can put it together and inn the oven in less than five minutes.
