Boil pasta in salt water until al dente. Drain but save the remaining pasta water for later. Set pasta to side.
Cook sliced chicken with oregano, thyme, salt, and red pepper flakes on medium heat until chicken is cooked all the way through. Set aside for later.
Cook bacon, onion, and garlic on medium low heat until onion is tender and bacon is cooked.
Drain excess bacon grease and add mixture back to pan. Add 2 cups heavy cream, garlic powder, and salt. Cook down the cream until it has thickened. Add parmesan cheese.
Add chicken, pasta, cherry tomatoes, and spinach to cream mixture.
If you feel as though you don’t have enough sauce, add more cream. As you cook everything together, your pasta will soak up the flavor of the sauce. you can add in some pasta water if you feel the pasta the sauce is too thick.
Top with parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
