Pairings: this is a great bread to go with most soups, olive oil dip, as garlic bread, pasta dishes, or just by itself.
Tips: as you can see in the pictures, my loaves were not perfectly formed, but that is a staple of homemade cooking, the taste is still amazing!
When you are mixing flour into the dough, make sure to add it gradually after the two and a half cups have been added. You don't want to add too much flour and make your dough too dry, it is done when it is just soft and moist to the touch but not sticking to your fingers. I generally stop adding flour as soon as the dough no longer sticks to my fingers.
