Gradually add in the half and half. I start by adding a teaspoon at a time and whisking in between until it is smooth. This helps to reduce cream cheese chunks in the end product.
Once all of the half and half is mixed in, whisk for 2 minutes until pudding mix has thickened.
Fold in the crushed Oreos. Add the mixture to popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
To loosen, hold the molds under hot water for 10-20 seconds. The popsicle should easily release from the mold. Enjoy!
Flavors -you can use any flavor pudding packets for this recipe. I recommend trying vanilla or chocolate pudding with it. -if you are not a fan of chocolate, use vanilla or lemon sandwich cookies. Freezing -when we were little we used the little Dixie cups and put wooden popsicle sticks on top and freeze that way. I picked up my popsicle molds from Walmart for a few dollars but you can use what you have on hand. Lighter Version -Use 1 c of milk and omit the cream cheese for a lighter version Popsicle molds: I bought mine for a few dollars at Walmart but I am sure you can find them at most stores. When I was a kid we used to use the 3 oz. bathroom cups and put wooden popsicle sticks in them before freezing.
